Timothy was the son of Jeremiah and Catherine Casey, originally from Knocknaraha, Aughadown
He was born in New Brunswick in 1862
Timothy entered the priesthood and become Bishop of St. John, NB in 1901
In 1912 he became Archbishop of Vancouver. He died in 1931.
